• Individual / Business Name
• Mobile Number
• Email Address
• Password (encrypted and stored securely)
• Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• BRN / Identity Card (IC) Number
• Given Address

You confirm that all information provided is true, complete, and up to date.

2. Use of Information

Your personal data will only be used for:

• Account identification and authentication
• Displaying your invoices
• Customer support purposes
• Regulatory compliance (e.g., LHDN)

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law.

3. Data Privacy & Protection

We handle your data in accordance with the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We implement reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your data.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for damages caused by unauthorized access due to your negligence.

5. User Obligations

By using our portal, you agree not to:
